FIRE RETARDANT SPRAY W101



GENERAL PROPERTIES:

  • W101 is a powder dissolved in water to give colorless, odorless solution has the power to extinguish fire and when spray on fabrics, curtain & furniture; it is more effective on porous surfaces.
  • The bottle contains 11.5 oz which added to 110 oz water to form one gallon Fire  Retardant Spray W101
  • May need up to 24 hours to cure depending upon fiber characteristics.
  • Appearance-Consistency of water.
  • The fire retarding power differ from surface to another, the more porous possessed more power, and vise versa.

           DIRECTIONS:

  • Prepare the solution as mentioned before.
  • Spray on fabric, wood, hard papers, and foam, on surfaces free from dirt and non fire retardant paint.
  • One gallon W101 spray solution covers 300 square feet, according to the surfaces properties.

  • Flush sprayer and tips with warm water and wash hands with soap, and water.

  • Reserve samples of different materials for testing, after application.
  • Periodic testing should be performed to insure flame-Retardancy effectiveness.

  • 11.5 oz of powder in plastic bag is enough to give with water, one gallon of Fire Retardant solution W101, which prevent fire from spread, it is just little glowing for few seconds, and set off.
  • Every 15 bags in a box, 8*8*8 inches.

           STORAGE:

  • The powder product is stable in its containers at any atmospheric temperature, any period of time.
  • The solution which will be prepared for spraying can be stored, in temperatures, between( 40 to 100) Fahrenheit.
